Article 1:

Any order automatically implies acceptance of our terms and conditions by the customer.

Article 2:

Quotations shall remain valid for one month (after date of creation)

Article 3:

The contractual declaration can be revoked in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail) within 14 calendar days without stating any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. letter, email).

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation within due time. The written revocation hast to: Die Designagentur – Leifgen, St.Vither Strasse, Grüfflingen, 124, B -4790 Burg-Reuland | Email: info@designagentur.be

In the event of revocation, Customer undertakes to pay a lump-sum allowance of 30% of the order amount of services, of 50% in the case of goods and of 100% in the case of personalised goods.

Article 4:

When placing an order, unless otherwise agreed, 30% for services and 50% for goods of the order sum are due.

Article 5:

Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt and without deduction.

In the event of non-payment of an invoice within  due date, this invoice shall bear interest, without the need for a reminder, by a surcharge of 10% – with a minimum amount of EUR 50 – as well as default interest up to 10% of the invoiced amount.

Article 6:

Complaints of any kind must be made within 8 days of receipt of the invoice and exclusively in writing to Die Designagentur – Leifgen, St.Vither Strasse, Grüfflingen, 124, B -4790 Burg-Reuland | Email: info@designagentur.be.

Article 7:

The present general conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Eupen/Belgium.

Article 8:

The German version is defined as the original version of the GTC.  The FR/NL/EN versions are translations. In case of doubt or incorrect wording of the translation, the original German version shall prevail.
